TOPIC: May Lunch

SPEAKER:  Dr. Nicole Arnold, The Importance of Self Care in Our Lives

A native daughter of Saskatchewan, Dr. Nicole has always loved people and finds tremendous joy in serving others to helping them live a more complete and full life. Her fascination with the human body and mind lead her to the University of Saskatchewan to study anatomy. After graduation she was introduced introduced to the natural healing power of chiropractic while working here at Sutherland as a massage therapist. A small amount of encouragement from Dr.’s Pochylko and Hornick was all she needed to travel and complete her Doctor of Chiropractic at Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Minnesota. Dr. Nicole values education and continues to study and learn. As a result she has traveled the world to study with many great healers both in and out of her beloved chiropractic profession. She has studied many different Chiropractic techniques and adjustments which allows her to serve each person she treats as an individual and give them exactly what they need to function and heal at their highest capacity. Dr. Nicole finds great joy in serving the health needs of people within her practice, her immediate and global communities. She has traveled internationally to serve the less fortunate. Dr. Nicole is married and has two amazing children. She enjoys all things in the outdoors including gardening, biking and hiking. She looks forward to being of service to you and your family in helping you achieve and maintain your most optimal level of health.
