TOPIC: 5 Boundary Mindset Shifts

Bio: Ashley is a passionate and affirming social worker/therapist, she embraces fat-positive and body-neutral approach, guiding individuals to stand confidently in their own power.


As a proud Métis  individual and the Owner of Breland Counselling & Consulting, Ashley brings a diverse perspective to supporting both client as well as her team in a therapeutic capacity. Her online presence is dedicated to advocating for healthy boundaries, discussing their profound impact on our lives, the costs of boundary violations, and the benefits they can bring. Ashley also creates space to foster discussions on empowerment and self-care, encouraging recognition of the importance of boundaries in improving personal well-being and empowering relationships.

Your lunch registration will include a meal, water and coffee as well as a gratuity to your server.

**Parking is available on the street (Spadina Crescent E, 4th Avenue or 21st Street). There may be spots available at the parking lot on 520 Spadina Crescent E.
