Allison will be presenting on common misunderstandings surrounding estate planning and the various documents that make up an estate plan. Creating an estate plan can be a complicated situation, particularly for small business owners but a well constructed plan can assist your estate in avoiding possible litigation, increased costs or increased taxes.
