Katharine Carter is a highly experienced social worker and family mediator, with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Education.

**Parking is available on the street (Spadina Crescent E, 4th Avenue or 21st Street). There may be spots available at the parking lot on 520 Spadina Crescent E.
