With a dynamic career that spans journalism, corporate communications, entrepreneurship, and women’s health coaching, I bring a unique lens to my current role as Community Relations and Indigenous Women Entrepreneurship Program Manager at the Clarence Campeau Development Fund.
My work is rooted in amplifying Métis women’s voices, fostering business growth, and creating space for holistic support.
Previously, I founded and scaled a successful food manufacturing company, worked as a journalist with CBC, and led branding and communication strategies across sectors. I also currently own a coaching and consulting practice- Inner Revolution Healing- that focuses on women's health and wellness.
I’m passionate about systems change, wellness, and building bridges between traditional knowledge and modern business.
