Professional Ventures
I started university in 2018, going into Edwards, not really knowing where it would take me. Fast forward to May 2020, the company I was working for decided to close down, and an opportunity for me to open my own business in the industry fell at my feet. I partnered up with a co-worker from this last company/friend, and we decided to start our own business together. I finally felt like I had a reason to put my business school/marketing major skills to good use, and see what a real-world application would be like. It has been both exciting and challenging, and I love it. I have learned so many things (and continue to do so) and through running our social media pages, I have found a real interest in all aspects of social media marketing and have been trying to learn as much as I can, as I feel that would be an area I would love to work in.
